1. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

• "Platform" means the km777 website at km777.buzz, all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and any other digital interface operated by km777.
• "Member" means any individual who has successfully registered a km777 account and whose account remains in good standing.
• "Account" means a registered member account on the km777 platform, identified by a unique username.
• "Balance" means the total funds held within a Member's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds separately designated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted to a Member's Account subject to wagering requirements and other conditions specified at the time of the relevant promotion.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game entry placed by a Member using real-money or bonus funds on the km777 platform.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency accepted on the km777 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required of all Members before withdrawal requests are processed.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which use of the km777 platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on km777, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or trustee for any third party.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of km777, or an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the km777 platform for any reason, including self-exclusion.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

km777 reserves the right to require proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 72 hours of a request will result in Account suspension.

3. Account Registration

To register an account on km777, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active km777 Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. km777 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals associated with those accounts without prior notice.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. km777 will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel. You must notify km777 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. km777 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.3 Account Transfers

Accounts on km777 are personal to the registered Member and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or pledged to any third party under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer an Account will result in immediate termination of the Account and forfeiture of the Account balance.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

km777 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer programme in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time during the life of an Account.

4.1 Required Documents

KYC verification typically requires submission of the following documents. Additional documents may be requested at km777's discretion:

• Proof of Identity: A clear colour copy of your national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document issued within the past three months showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where applicable, a copy of your bank book cover (buku tabungan), e-wallet registration screenshot, or card front (with the middle eight digits obscured) to confirm ownership of the payment method linked to your Account.

4.2 Verification Timeline

km777 will process KYC submissions within 24 hours of receipt during standard operating hours (Monday to Sunday, 24 hours a day, WIB). During peak periods or for complex cases, verification may take up to 72 hours. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC verification is successfully completed.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on km777 are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). km777 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees, for which km777 accepts no responsibility.

5.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the relevant payment gateway. Accepted deposit channels are:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable channel-specific limits are displayed at the time of transaction in the km777 cashier. km777 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by km777's automated payout system, which operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week including Indonesian public holidays. The average processing time for withdrawals to BCA and BRI accounts is under three minutes from the moment the request is approved. Withdrawals to other supported channels may take up to two hours in isolated cases.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the km777 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. km777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or high-value.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully met.
• The Account must be in good standing with no outstanding disputes or security holds.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in the km777 cashier.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

km777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the relevant promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period are stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

km777 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting low-edge games to fulfil wagering requirements, placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts, and any form of coordinated bonus harvesting. Where bonus abuse is detected, km777 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the Account.

6.3 VIP Programme

The km777 VIP programme operates across four tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Black Diamond. Tier advancement is based on cumulative wagering volume over a rolling 30-day period. VIP benefits, including withdrawal limit increases, bonus rate enhancements, and dedicated account management, are subject to the VIP Programme Terms & Conditions published separately on the km777 platform and incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

7. Gameplay & Fair Play

km777 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and integrity-assured gaming environment. All games available on the km777 platform are sourced from internationally licensed and independently audited game studios. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems that cannot be influenced by km777, its partners, or its members.

7.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the km777 platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform or any game for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Collusion with other Members, including sharing hole-card information in live poker or coordinating bets to manipulate outcomes.
• Match-fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of a sporting event on which a wager has been placed via the km777 sportsbook.
• Any form of money laundering or using the km777 platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.

km777 employs real-time monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Confirmed violations will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities.

7.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or software error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, km777 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Member's Account balance. Game malfunction voids all pays and plays. km777's decision on matters arising from game malfunctions is final.

8. Responsible Gaming

km777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that enable Members to stay in control of their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all Members within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose in a given period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the platform for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the km777 platform.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, km777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform's availability due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond km777's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with your obligations under this Agreement, including your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any third-party payment processing delays, errors, or failures.
• Any content provided by third-party game studios, including game outcomes, display errors, or temporary unavailability of specific titles.

km777's total aggregate liability to you under this Agreement, in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents, shall not exceed the value of funds held in your Account at the time the liability arises.

11. Privacy & Data

km777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account on km777, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. km777 does not sell or rent Member personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Amendments

km777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a notice displayed on the km777 platform and, where possible, via email to the address registered on your Account. Continued use of the km777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request withdrawal of your Account balance before the effective date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which km777 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the designated arbitration authority in that jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English. Nothing in this clause limits km777's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

This Agreement does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Indonesia that cannot be waived by contract.
